Our office team had made several attempts to follow up with you after the services performed with no response other than a request to schedule recurring services with our team. It wasn’t until weeks later before our next anticipated scheduled visit, we were notified of any quality standard concerns with your first cleaning. As a result, the length of time that had passed since the service was provided unfortunately failed outside the scope of our policy for a return visit to remedy any areas missed at no additional costs. We certainly made a note for the same team to take special care of the areas mentioned to prevent similar occurrences in the futureWe provided you with an email receipt detailing the costs and breakdown of hours worked by the team at your home. Our services are quoted, billed and scheduled by the labor hour, not per item and/or job. Our team had cleaned at the time specified of the appointment and had worked the hours described in the quote estimate, no more, no less. However, it has come to our attention that there was an error made in the billing rate that has recently been resolved with a credit adjustment made to you.Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, and we thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
