We actually bought shutters for our whole house and have loved them until lately when we tried to reach them for some warranty repair and some touch up to keep them looking good. I've called multiple times and left numerous messages with no return calls or response. VERY disappointing.

We were referred by my mother-in-law who was referred by her friend, so it came from a line of happy customers. They are responsive and come in the time frame they say they will. We have loved our shutters.
