We purchased a new garage door that had a significant amount of minor cosmetic issues. I thought the door should be replaced, but the Martin rep, Braedon, wanted to try and fix the problems first. I was skeptical, but as a trial I agreed to his solution first.
After doing a sample area of my door, I agreed this would work. It looked great. OK, happy about that. Braedon scheduled a time to return and complete the entire door. Braedon returned a few weeks later and completed the door. He spent over 6 hours repairing my door and did an AMAZING job. Afterward he provided me with information and answered any questions I had.
In todays world it's difficult to find someone that cares about customer service and takes pride in the quality of their work. It's a dying breed.

Gary made a special stop to help program a new garage open for a gentleman that is a shut in and his wife is an angel in taking care of him. Gary is a credit to your company. He blessed the lives of that couple and a minister who was challenged working with the electronic devices to have the door work right. Thanks a million. Marty

They give you one price over the phone then you get to the place they charge you more. That's why you get the names of the people who give you prices..
They are not like they use to be. There service stinks.
