Beautiful dresses, but it she was nearly impossible to get a hold of. We bought our dress from her six months before our wedding with the agreement that we needed extra material for alterations. We thought it would give us enough time but she did not send the material. We were patient and tried to call her shop but the staff never answered and never returned messages. Tried to go in person and it was closed on days it said it was supposed to be open. We had to beg over social media for the fabric before we got a response. She then said she sent it out but the tracking number she gave us showed it had not moved after a week. We later found out her staff never shipped it. It was an absolute nightmare and we got the fabric after 5 months since we bought the dress. Gorgeous dress and quality but terrible experience overall.

Cailey is amazing, a master of her craft. Went here with a friend to help her try on dresses, Cailey was incredibly professional and made us all so comfortable. The experience was relaxed and personable. Based on what my friend said she liked and didn't like about certain dresses she was trying on, Cailey picked out the perfect dress. It's was a pleasure to work with someone of this caliber and a relief that she embodied a normal and healthy female figure.

I fell in love with my perfect dress at Chantel Lauren Bridal. The dresses are so gorgeous and unique, there are none like them in the Salt Lake Valley. Chantel is so helpful and insightful as a sales clerk, and so incredibly talented as a designer. You just have to love her! She makes you feel comfortable during your appointment and beautiful in your dress. I never saw myself as a bride, but now I do, because I found my perfect dress!

Chantel Lauren is the REAL DEAL with the kindest heart. I first met her 7 years ago when my seamstress (top rated with 20+ years experience) said my fully beaded gown couldnt be altered to work the way I needed. Chantel said, I can do it! And she did. Extremely intricate sewing and bead work and it was perfection. Fast forward to opening her own company with gorgeously crafted unique gowns, she recently custom made a top for a friend of mine for her wedding day. She listens, and she makes wedding dress dreams come true. The only thing her and her teams sewing skills are exceeded by is her/their kindness. Cant imagine a better person to work with amid all the crazy that is planning a wedding. Cant recommend them enough!
