Do not move here you have been warned... They have a pest problem and it's up to you to by non toxic products because they only use chemicals, they charge you for garbage valet $40 but the never render the service there is a camera fee but they dont have cameras and if they do I haven't seen them one of the worse things too is their laundry room only has 3 working washing machines and a few working dryers and I have there since March, They always say they are working on it but they really dont care they only care about money

These apartments are horrible to live in. I’ve been living here for 7 years, and let me tell you these apartments are not worth your money. Me and my wife have been robbed by people and we’ve gotten our car tires slashed by children that live here. We also have seen mice, roaches, and bedbugs all around. You will get robbed and ignored here. Please don’t come live here. If you’re late for rent they will charge you an extra $100 like they did for us. Don’t recommend

Apartment is cozy and love the all hardwood floors. Parking is another issue need more open parking for 2 car families

Lived here for a year. The new management is a lot better than it was before. They're very nice and easy to work with. The main issues we had were with the area and the complex itself. The apartment has lots of bugs, especially cockroaches. Treatments didn't help. The shower also had really bad water pressure and the AC/Heat wouldn't reach the bedroom. The apartment itself was okay besides that. Ours had been "remodeled" so the flooring was nice and it had a 2-in-1 washer/dryer. Our next-door neighbors loved getting into extremely loud fights at all times of the day (and night!) They also smoked inside, which made our apartment smell horrible. There are plenty of nice people who live here, but our experience was definitely soured by a few bad neighbors. The complex is frequented by homeless people and sometimes we would find shattered glass in the parking lot. Overall, we wouldn't recommend living here unless you don't mind bugs and feeling unsafe.
