Reeder Property are crooks! They will keep your entire deposit, each time you move. They keep weird things from landlords, charge you made up fees for anything they can think of and will barely repair any broken part of your apartment. Our ceiling was leaking, they hired someone to come in and fix it, he left white paint on the floor, they then charged us for that paint. We moved out of one reeder apartment, (cleaned it thoroughly), then into another, which was unclean and damaged, they kept all of our deposits both times.
