TrueShield Pest Control

I'm very unhappy with this company. The product they use to spray for bug extermination doesn't work. So, you pay for nothing. They want you to sign a year contract for pest services, I mean really, who needs a year of pest service? I had to stop service. Oh, and he charges a fee to cancel. No matter what kind of notice. The owner said I could cancel when his employee called to discuss our service plan. Give the company proper notice. I looked at the email my wife signed and there's a $190 cancelation fee. The owner removed the $190 out of my bank account without notification or authorization. I will be finding a pest control company that can do the job in a couple of visits... Matt was amazingly responsive and even came out to our home on a Saturday! He was great at explaining what the steps were and what the timeline of the process  would be. I used to think pest control in Utah was a hoax but given how much TrueShield's products/services cover I'm hopeful!

HORRIBLE PIGEONS, PIGEONS, PIGEONS. I had no idea what pigeons can do to your roof, your porch, your nerves. I had 3 living in the eaves facing the street. One looked pregnant. Then st night, sometimes is was 5 pigeons. The mess is unbelievable!! Finally at my wits end, I called 2 places, one too expensive, but Matt at Tru-Shield, gave me a very god price. He came to evaluate the mess. We went with some sort of glue. He was nice, empathetic , fast, at after the job he even cleaned up all that poop. This is one of the best companies Ive hired for things!! You know, most dont even call you back!! Matt thank you so much, my porch is clear and clean. I NEVER WANT TO SEE ONE OF THISE NASTY BIRDS AGAIN ! Best $$ Ive spent In A long time!! Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
