If I could get more stars I would, but this company is amazing and they are affordable and they do more than expected and always come back out. I highly recommend them and they are very professional.

I love working with Standard Pest Control! I have a huge unruly field directly behind my house. The spiders are awful and huge. I found multiple black widows and wolf spiders in my window wells and garage before hiring Kelly. Now, I dont see spiders or bugs of any kind in my house at all. If I ever come across bugs in my garage, it is because they are dead and Kelly has done a job well done! He is very responsive and has researched and looked into questions I have had on more than one occasion. I have several neighbors that use Standard Pest Control as well, and they are equally as pleased as I am! Excellent company! He takes great care of his clients and their concerns!

I have had the pleasure of working with Kelly from Standard Pest Control Service for the past two years. It has been an exceptional experience working with Kelly. The quality of service Kelly provides always exceeds my expectations. Kelly is very trustworthy and professional. I could not be happier with my results. I oversee fifteen (15) homeowners association and use Standard Pest Control services whenever possible.

SHOCKED!!! I was shocked to read the negative review. Kelly and is team have been taking care of my sisters home for probably two years now. His team has done a fantastic job! I would know, I have my pesticide applicator license for structural , ornamental and turf , vertebrae , and wood destroying insects. I have ran two successful teams doing rodent control, insect control, exclusion work, wildlife knowledge, product knowledge and IPM programs. I have and will continue to give Kelly and his team my stamp of approval. My sister and her neighbors are all sign up with Standard Pest Control. There are no complaints. I would hear about it for sure if there were any issues. I am unable to help my sister, her friends, and neighbors with their pest control needs because of the distance I live from them. Standard enforces the IPM mentality which if you understand anything about insects or rodent control, this is a process to keep clients safe, eradicate said issues, and having a proactive plan in place. If you are still reading, I am wondering if the person leaving this bad review, contacted the management team that hired Standard Pest Control, and questioned what exactly Standard was hired to do. If he had a chance to actually talk with Kelly, and voice his concerns. I also am a little concerned, does this person have a vertebrate license, was he hired by the management team to eradicate an issue on community property? If so why would they hire a Pest control company? Does this person understand, voles, gophers, moles, insects? If the HOA management team hired him to do so, then maybe it was understood that Kelly with Standard was only instructed to treat other areas. I am unaware of the circumstances. I was just so shocked to see such a bad review. My guess is there is a misunderstanding or lack of communication between the home owner and the management team that hired Standard Pest. For those who read reviews, Standard will address your concerns when it comes to any pest control issues you may have. I trust them, I know how they treat, what products they use and what they have done for my sister and her young family, all of her neighbors, and friends. Standard is keeping their families safe and their homes from having an infestation of rodents and insects. If you are looking for this type of service from your pest control provider, dont let one, possibly none licensed, customers bad review stop you from reaching out to Standard Pest. Kelly was hired last year by our HOA to kill pests causing dirt mounds in the common grass areas of the HOA. The grass continued to get destroyed over several months because Kelly put out bait traps for voles, instead of recognizing they were pocket gophers. When I complained to the HOA about the ongoing damage, Kelly claimed ignorance about all of the dirt mounds, saying he didn't notice them. So either he is blind or can't recognize the pest he is hired to kill when it is just a few feet in front of him. The problem got so bad that my neighbor and I took it upon ourselves to starting killing gophers, dozens of them, and mostly taking care of the issue in our area. I was surprised that today, months later, Kelly comes out to carbon monoxide some gophers, but unbelievably starts to gas flat patches of dirt without signs of live gophers for months. He cannot tell the difference between old dirt patches and active gopher mounds. He is now under contract again with the HOA to occasionally come out and "treat" areas without any live gophers, wasting time, money and resources, and to get credit for something he was previously too incompetent to handle.
