      image I traded in a phone when they had the up to a $1000 credit for a galaxy s21 ultra. At the same time they had a up to $800 credit for any phone any condition. They put my phone under the $800 and not the $1000. I caught it right away. The employee told me that hefixed it and could check on it the next day. That was in may. It is now December 8th and I am still going back and forth with AT&T about it. Terrible.
