Went in to get an oil change - thought it was going to be $25 ended up being $75 and took over an hour. Definitely will not be going here again.

This place is AWFUL! They ruined my side door and didn't fix it. I went in to get a brake inspection, the total of what it would cost to fix my brakes was way too much so I told them to just put my car back together and ever since I picked up my car, the driver door makes a squeaky noise. I told them about it and they said what they did to my car has nothing to do with my door. I've been driving my car for two years, its a 2015 car so its not even that old and it's NEVER made that noise. They didn't even care about it, they made us wait outside for someone to look at it. It took them like 10 mins to send someone, they put some lubricant oil and kept saying they had nothing to do with it which is a complete LIE! It fixed it for a day and now it makes that horrible noise every time I open and close my door!

I arrived at the shop with 4 good tpms tire sensors and no warning light. The purpose of my visit was for a new set of tires. During installation, I was shown a broken tpms sensor. I opted to pay for a new sensor. Following the installation of a new set of tires and one new sensor, my tpms warning light was now on. The shop said the dealership needed to reset the warning light. Following a visit to the dealership, I was informed a second sensor needed to be replaced. The conclusion was the shop broke the tpms sensors during installation of the tires. I reported the incident to the management and they referred me to the corporate office. I feel the skill level of the tire replacement was poor and the honesty of the shop was worse.
