Alignment fixed perfectly at this location with no added costs. This after years of searching. A brief history that led me here. I've had an alignment problem for several years now which had gotten progressively worse. I had multiple alignments done in 3 states during that time. To include dealerships 3 times in Idaho. I also had lifetime alignment service in California with American Tire which i used a few times to no avail. I told the staff here about my history. The alignment guy checked it out and said it was the worse he'd seen in a long time. Note that a dealership did an alignment a month prior to this but i 100% agree with his comment which is why i was here. I went to the mall across the street for a while and came back. Waited a bit more and it was done. The guy seemed pretty proud and he should be. Noticed the difference the first 50 feet of driving. Yes my alignment was that bad. Why are so many companies and people incompetent. Why does it take 10 or so times to get the service done correctly. Do individuals not take pride in their own work as i do? Well apparently this place and these people do. Thank you for doing your job and doing it well as it should be.

These guys overfilled my tire pressure by 15 lb and then told me that the alarm light indicating the error was nothing out of the ordinary and that it would go away if I just drove on it for 10 or 15 minutes. Then they watched me drain the air to the correct pressure as they drove off. It is true that they were very friendly conversationally.

Arrived at your location on 6100 S and State 10 minutes before closing. Ben was kind and fit us in for a flat repair. Nicholas did the work and pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed. We really appreciate guys like this. They took care of us after another location turned us away. Great customer service! Please recognize them for their good work. Thank you
