My Buddy the Plumber sent someone out almost immediately after our call. John, our plumber, was awesome. He promptly came out for a toilet repair and water softener install. John fixed the toilet, installed the new water softener and removed the old (very heavy) one. He was courteous, clean, quick, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. John was fantastic as repairing a boiler that had been a bit neglected over the years. He was great at staying in contact and letting me know where he was at on the work order. I have used him 2 separate times. My Buddy also did some faucet replacements in the home as well. The water shut off was in a really weird spot, the technician went to the warehouse to get taller ladder to reach it, so the work could be completed on time. I called on the weekend to schedule all my appointments and was able to speak with someone right away, and get appointments at times that worked for me. Thanks for the amazing service!
