        I made an appointment for 11:30. Was not seen until after 12. I wish they’d have some sort of posting that said they’re running behind. It was a simple flu shot appointment. If you cannot see people at their scheduled time then don’t offer an appointment at said time.

        Unorganized and not worth my MONEY, since it is all about money. All I need is a prescription. Long wait 30 mins + even when I have an appointment for a darn reason!

        In late 2020 we were charged $200 for an xray. After recently getting another xray in 2021 we were charged over $500! After 3 weeks of investigation and waiting for a call back we were told "prices do increase." I understand the yearly inflation and price increase but nothing close to 200%+! I'm sad that the UoU medical billing is corrupt.
