Absolutely a fantastic experience going through them to get my medical card! William was especially amazing and went above and beyond to get me started. Of course he got what he needed to get me approved but spent a good deal of time getting to know me and my medical history. He provided several really helpful insights about the issues that came up as well as how cannabis could help and made some suggestions on getting started. Even went into detail about some things to watch out for in the future! I expected a simple visit to get the license but got so much more help I didn't even know I needed! More than worth the cost!

Use Medical Cannabis of Utah instead. This place is a scam. Customer service agent gave me sass for requesting a refund. They led me to believe I could renew over the phone and then refused to give me a refund when they couldn't

The process started out all right I got my card everything was smooth then it came time for renewal I tried contacting the # they give you for several weeks and yes I did reach 2 people that both said they would return my call which nobody ever did. I decided to go somewhere else to get my needs taken care of.. Thank you for a terrible outcome to what was a decent start
