I destroyed my phone in my car door on accident! It was the worse knowing most stores were closed due to Covid-19. We found that this store was open and it isn't our normal store we use. We went in after I got off on Monday around 5:30 it was going to be a quick pay off one phone lease another I had already picked. We got there and Chloe was helping another costumer she made sure we were aware of the wait and that she was going to be to us shortly. She took all the time she needed with the previous costumer and we didn't expect her to stay open late but she called a manger letting them know she would be late getting out. What we thought was going be an easy switch didn't work so well. She was so patient and instead of letting me walk out feeling totally frustrated she looked at a couple ideas and then helped me find something that would work for my current situation until we could upgrade later to what I originally had planned. I was so happy after we left that we had a phone ordered and that it will help me in the future with what phone I want to go with in the future. I recommend this store and especially Chloe to anyone to help you with your phone needs.

Way good team. They were very helpful and spent a lot of time dealing with my previous carrier. The gentleman who helped me out was Jesus. If you go there I would definitely ask for him. The guy was very patient and went above and beyond!

Ordered some phones I no longer wanted. When they came in I refused the phones. They were upset about not getting the sale so the manager asked the worker to “open the phones to make sure everything was okay “ when I sat there watched him pull it out of the shipping box open up every single phone just so they could make me pay a restocking fee. So shady. Do no go here. This is what management at this location does.
