Incorrect store hours online. Made the drive out to Ogden store only for it to not be open for another hour. It already takes hours to do phone transfers, set up new account wasting my time by having incorrect hours is disrespectful to customers.

I decided to switch to ATT at the end of January because I was having issues with the service i was receiving and they had a decent trade in deal. The gentleman i spoke to was friendly, straight to the point, and we were able to set everything up perfectly.
Unfortunately, the service is absolutely horrible. I THOUGHT i was having issues with T-Mobile! Ohh, no! ATT has to have the absolute worst service in the Ogden area. In the two months since I've switched over, the amount of text messages that don't initially send until they've been re-sent (sometimes several times) has far surpassed the sms issues I've had with T-mobile. That doesn't even take into account the amount of calls that wont send or just completely drop.
I brought these issues up the first month of my service and i was told that ATT "reset the network" and to wait two weeks. Well, after the second time of them telling me to wait two weeks, (i foolishly thought they would have that information on record and extend the period you could cancel the contract) low and behold, no changes and now i am stuck with ATT for 2 years. I also can't pay off my phone to unlock it or escape without losing all my trade in credit while not receiving my old device back.
If i were you, I would run far far away from ATT (at least in the Ogden area) because this service is worse than budget phone plans like Metro, Straight Talk and Mint.
If i can help it, I will never do business with this company again.
