        Had to go elsewhere. No follow through, just empty promises. VERY disappointing and unprofessional. Never got past the quote. I had the CASH to replace my roof. Promised and didn't follow through. Finish a bid or bow put gracefully.  Ghosting a prospective client isn't at all what I expected

        I purchased a home that had a new roof from Stubb's Roofing. When winter came we discovered a leak by a skylight. I was dreading having to contact Stubb's having never dealt with them and I thought it would be a drawn out process to get someone to fix the leak by the window. I couldn't have been more surprised when they texted me back within a few minutes and sent someone over to the house that day. The roof technician was polite and went straight to work. No more leaks! No problems and no additional cost since my roof is under warranty.
