Initially Mark appeared very knowledgeable and professional. We agreed to have him do our business roof, signed and sent deposit. Within 48 hr tenant refused to use this vendor and we attempted to cancel or renegotiate the agreement. I called Mark, he agreed to cancel and return deposit. Yet he cashed check anyway. Since he said 'so sad so bad' on cancelling agreement we attempted to modify the scope of work. He said 'NO' (in nice terms), refuses to do the work and became very outrageously belligerent and still refuses to do the work. Don't let him fool you - I have the emails to prove it. DO NOT USE THIS GUY NO MATTER HOW MUCH TRASH HE SPEWS.

I called Mark at 777 Coatings last month to come and fix a leak in our roof which he installed 10 years ago and he had someone here and the leak fixed within 24 hours. The leak was caused by a steel rod protruding through the roof which is a total design flaw in the construction and has nothing to do with the quality of the roof. I would highly recommend Mark Hedden and 777 Coating for ANY roofing project commercial or residential because I've also had 777 work on the Shake Shingle roof at my house. Mark has years of experience and when he quoted my commercial building 10 years ago he told me he would stand by the roof and fix any problems at any time. I was skeptical but over the years he has lived up to his claim. Don't think twice about using 777 Coatings - you'll be glad you have them on your team.
