The six men that did my roof 2 weeks ago did a good job, but forgot to put two additional vents on my roof. So they needed to come back to install them.

Bartlett Roofing was awesome! They helped through to entire process of the insurance claim to the replacement of the roof. They were up front with everything. No hidden fees. The workers were prompt and did an excellent job very fast. Would recommend Bartlett Roofing to anyone needing to replace their roof.

They promised it would be done in one day. Didnt happen. I did not believe it could happen in one day to begin with. The installers broke a brand new window while dumping debris from the roof. They had random people who did not have any identification and who could not speak English come into my home and take pictures and measurements of the broken window- having the person on the phone (who was the window manufacturer) speak and explain to us for them as there was no job supervisor handling this, no one to explain anything. Just the laborers and what seemed to be one of their girlfriends. I have several young children in my home. This is unacceptable. This is not professional at all. Who does work like this? It seems like they chased us down to get the insurance to cover this and then completely dropped the ball. Hired the cheapest labor they could find. What does that mean for my home? Am I going to have leaks now? I had to go around my yard yesterday and clean up all of the nails left behind so my dog or kids wouldnt end up with a rusty nail in their foot. Not impressed. Please to whom ever responds here. Im not receiving ANY communication. I dont know when theyll be back to finish this job. And Im currently looking around to find a replacement window, that will also need to be tinted since I just had that done right before the installers broke it. Accidents happen, but its the professionalism in handling what comes next that determines a good business. This is quickly becoming a GIANT nightmare for me. Crappy service. Crappy customer service. Crappy craftsmanship. Im also having someone come by for a second opinion on my roof. At this point, I dont trust them at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. ************* update************** 4/9/24 I have called and responded to the email listed and have heard NOTHING *************update*************** 4/12/24 I have called and emailed and have received zero responses. I have the quotes for the damaged window replacement and they will not respond to me. I am having to move forward without any communication as its been two weeks and I need the damaged window replaced.

Overall, our experience with Barrlett roofing has been good! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated them working with our insurance to ensure a stress free process! I just would have appreciated more communication. Weeks would go by and we wouldn't hear anything, so I reached out to their office and they said someone would call me that could give us information, but no one would call. This happened a couple times. We have solar panels, so I know that delayed things, but we would have appreciated any updates through the process. But the day of installation went great and we love the finished product!! They were courteous, fast, and did an excellent job cleaning everything up. And I want to give a big shout out to Bell Mountain Solar! They are the company that took down our solar panels before the roof was done and reinstalled them. They did a phenomenal job, were easy to work with, and were so friendly! I definitely give Bell Mountain 5 stars!
