They have been great up until the time I decided to go with another company. I switched to a different company with a lower premium, and they didn't bother to cancel my policy when I needed them to and they took out an extra premium, leaving me with no money till payday.

Working with Mike was easy, enjoyable and informative. He ran several different scenarios for home and auto insurance as well as earthquake coverage. We ended up choosing Mike for Home and Auto he also gave us some great insights about a different earthquake quote that we were given from another company.
Mike treated my wife and I like we were family. I never felt that I had a real relationship with my insurance agent until now. I know I could call Mike about anything night or day and he would be there for us. The assurance of that relationship is just as important if not more so than the insurance coverage we purchased from Mike.
