Stephen Swasey American Family Insurance

Honestly where do I even start. Since signing up on October 5th it's been issues after issues with Stephen. I was supposed to be charged $21.00 for a new renter's policy. He charged my card over $1800 on my daughter's birthday weekend. All of our plans had to be cancelled. I accumulated over $600 in overdraft fees. He promised me it had been credited back to my account. On the 9th of October still no refund. I did not get my money back until the 11th of Oct. Causing all kinds of issues with late fees on auto payment for my credit cards and more. Even through all that I stuck it out. Monday the 25th of March, I open the mail from a letter from the state one of my cars in not showing car insurance..... I have never been late or missed a payment so how could this happen? I texted him right away. He said he would take care of it. Friday comes and guess what I get pulled over for showing NO insurance on my tags. I text him again and he completely reads my text and ignores my text. The police officer said that it was the insurance company that needed to submit the paperwork. I am done I will be reporting this to corporate. This is absolutely not how you treat clients. I don't want others to be treated the way I was. In a world full of agents wanting to help you. I highly recommend you find someone who will not fail you time and time again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve from American Family Insurance, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I reached out, Steve showed a genuine willingness to listen to my needs and understand the issues I was facing. He patiently worked through various scenarios with me, demonstrating his professionalism and extensive knowledge in the field.What stood out to me the most was Steve's customer-centric approach. His demeanor made the entire experience extremely easy and stress-free.Despite the physical distance between us (I live in AZ while Steve operates out of Utah), I never felt any disconnect. He is a great asset to the company, and I am grateful for the outstanding service he provided.
