A business associate of mine recommended Mark Webster knowing that we would be looking for insurance help for my wife as we were coming off COBRA coverage at the end of December. We're not sure how many superlatives could be used to describe the amount of time, the thoroughness of Mark's research and support in finding a plan that allowed us to keep all of my wife's health providers; walking us through several plans and explaining what would best suit our needs and taking us through every step of getting signed up for coverage.He was amazing! He was so patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful in answering dozens and dozens of questions. He spent time over three different appointments and not once did we feel anything but understanding and support never rushed, never pressed into any decisions that werent totally discussed and reviewed. This is prior to working with us remotely to complete the painstaking minutia involved in signing up for our plan.
