I am getting married in April and after meeting with them in February I was excited to work with them. They told me we would get a proposal on Tuesday, February 20th. That didn't happen. I figured no big deal and called them on Friday, February 23rd to get the proposal. They sent it that day but items were missing off of it and prices weren't included. My mom emailed them on the 26th but we never heard back from them. I called on March 1st and finally got the correct proposal. I called them on March 8th to figure out the easiest way to pay the deposit to move forward and was told the individual who handles it wasn't in until tomorrow. No big deal, I left my moms phone number and told them to call before 1PM. They called her on the 8th, after I was told the individual who handles this wasn't in and they left a voicemail. We had asked how to make the payment but all he said was 30% of the deposit was needed at the time of order, which we hadn't confirmed yet. Today, my mom called to make the deposit and they didn't see my name in the system. They transferred her to Dave who proceeded to tell her they gave the date away and that he told us the deposit needs to be made within 24 hours as they only hold it for that long. This was never communicated with us when we went in for a consultation, I even checked all the proposals to verify that we didn't miss it there either. After my mom said we were never told he only holds it for 24 hours he pushed back and said he did. Again no where on any of the proposals we received was this said and the voicemail Dave left her doesn't say this either. My mom told him no big deal we would just find a different florist and he proceeded to hang up on her. I am very disappointed and now back to square one with this. If you've read this far, please reconsider working with them as it seems that they will not take fault in their actions when things are miscommunicated and will blame it on the client instead.

I love this place!! They have a little bit of everything. I purchased my Christmas tree here, bought my kids some stuffed animals and books, and of course their flowers are always beautiful. And the customer service is top notch!!
