I'm really sorry I didn't get notified of your purchase until I saw your fb message a few minutes ago. I would have been delighted to fill your order if I had known about it. I am really really sorry. It usually emails me when I get an order, but it didn't this time. I am going to look into this and put a notification on my website right away until it gets fixed so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I just refunded your order through Paypal. I wish I would have seen that you had placed an order because I would have put so much love and time into making that arrangement really beautiful for you! I do run this company from my home, which usually works out really well because I harvest the flowers the same day that you receive them so the flowers last longer. I grow unique flowers that you can't find in a grocery store and I grow them without the use of pesticides or herbicides. I often use herbs as greenery that you can use for cooking after the focal flowers are finished. I put a lot of time and heart into growing beautiful flowers and I am proud that I run this business from my home because it means the buyers get a much better product. I will be fixing the notification issue today so this doesn't happen again. Again, I'm so so sorry about this.
