We just finished a loan with Marilee and had a great experience. She (and her team) was great with getting back to us, letting us know where in the process we were and their follow-up was amazing (which is good for me!) Thanks again, we'll be back next time we need a loan or refi!

I’ve had my mortgage through them for 1.5 years now. The worst thing is for sure the customer service. I send a message via the app and it’s always a generic copy and paste response which doesn’t get resolved. So I have to call in and of course they can’t do anything. This has happened several times which is frustrating to say the least. Basic transaction i.e. sending extra funds to go towards principle isnt and should not be complicated.... but it’s apparently like rocket science for Caliber Home Loans in which they have no scientists. I would recommend having your mortgage with a professional lender who can take care of these basic transactions quickly and or automatically.

My wife and I just bought a home in northern California and Ty went out of his way on more than one occasion just to make sure that we were able to get what we needed, sometimes before we even knew that we needed it. Also, shout out to Gary as well, because when Ty had to take his wife on vacation the process did not even hit a speed bump. This team is a well oiled machine that cares for clients. I would recommend Ty and Caliber Home Loans to anyone looking to buy a home.

I’ve known Jeff for years and I knew he was a great loan officer. He didn’t disappoint and did a great job as usual. But I was also impressed by the processors and rest of the staff. I work in the Title Insurance industry so I have come to expect delays. Not with Jeff’s team at Caliber. Great job all around. .

I recently purchased my 1st home, and I must say, Ty was very professional and super easy to work with. He was quick to answer all questions and reached out to me with any new updates he had. I will definitely use him again.
