      image If you have issues with your ATT phone go to Alex from the Layton location- I went to several locations, and other fix it places for weeks and all them them sent me in circles not wanting to help- until finally Alex happened!!!! He needs to be cloned and put in every phone store in the country!

      image I have been going to this AT&T store for over 2 years now! Kaiya is awesome, very friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward, and most importantly trusting! She definitely takes care of me and my family anytime I come in. She is the best. I definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to come to AT&T and or upgrade and purchase anything they offer. I love the fact that she doesnt push you to purchase things or make you feel that you have to, she tells you exactly how it is and what it is and then moves on to small talk. She remembers my families names, and my friends, and its just like going somewhere and talking to an extended family!!
      We definitely continue to come to this AT&T store as long as, Kaiya works here!!
      Also, just to point out; all of the staff here have been fantastic as well!
      Best AT&T store in Utah!
