        As the store manager, Shaylynn did help me out to decrease my monthly bill over $200. Shaylynn pointed out and fixed some bad or extra charge from within my first bill when I called AT&T service center one month ago to transfer my family's five lines to AT&T.

        This is a very great store with wonderful service! Shaylynn Is the manager there. She provided EXCELLENT help and service! She resolved a situation that I have been trying to get help with, in less than 15 minutes. Shaylynn totally impressed me with her skills. She was able to multitask all while helping me. She has great knowledge about the company. She has fantastic customer service. It's very clear why she is the manager here as well as other store locations. Thank you Shaylynn for your kindness, care and efficiency! Your service was so appreciated! I wish I could give you 10 stars!
