        Horror customer service. My mom has needed help with her sink for months and no one wants to do a little job. Made it seem like I was putting him out of his way. If you are building a house I bet he is nicer.

        Left a message with K&J plumbing in Delta, Utah 10 days ago on a Saturday. We had standing water in our basement, I left details of our problem with hopes that they would call back to arrange service or at least tell me they are too busy to take small residential jobs. Nobody ever returned my call. Very disappointed. As another recent reviewer stated, they may be more likely to be responsive to larger new build jobs. Not for regular residential plumbing emergencies.
