called them 3 times and got no reply. Are they so busy they can't even show common courtesy and return the call, even if to turn down job because they were to busy

This is a genuine family owned & operated plumbing & heating company that has been in business for over 65 years! There's a reason they come highly recommended for any plumbing and/or heating project large or small with so many years of experience and such a high level of expertise.

I do not recommend using ADC Plumbing unless you want to pay extra attorney fees and triple the quoted amount. ADC Plumbing quoted me $28k to install plumbing on my new construction home. When the inspector came out, the only complaint he had was to take the chainsaw away from the plumber who was cutting into the floor joist. I ended up paying $34k which is $6k over the quoted amount. Then 7 months after the home was completed ADC Plumbing placed a fraudulent lien on the property for $50,816.72 which would take the total for plumbing to $84,816.72 which would equal a 1/3 of the value of the home. I may mention in closing that ADC Plumbing’s owner Jerry Jenkins than bought the construction loan on the home and still has his lien for $50,816.72 in place. If you need a plumber use anyone besides ADC Plumbing. Services: Toilet installation, Boiler installation, Tap installation, Shower installation, Install waste disposal
