We called Brigham Heating and cooling after I asked around our community. I heard good reviews and called them. They showed up and gave us choices. They were here and on time and we're very professional and answered my question. They were able to complete replacing a new furnace in a day. Nice gentleman and the office ladies were wonderful. We haven't had heat all winter and our house was 41degrees inside. Tyrell came out and fixed my heater in less than an hour. Honest, fair pricing. If you have any heating and air conditioning issues definitely give Brigham heating and cooling a call you won't be disappointed.

Tyrell and Clayton tuned up our 2 furnaces today and were wonderful. They were on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough. They were honest about the needs of our furnace and house for the future, but not pushy at all. I highly recommend them. It's nice when you find technicians you feel you can trust and are "keepers". From initial repair call to removal and replacement of our furnace customer service was top notch. Communication provided by the office/dispatcher, Megan Secrist, was very much appreciated. Our technicians, Tyrell and Weston were very knowledgeable and professional. They were very considerate of our wood floors and used protection for them during the removal and installation process. The area was as clean after the install as it was before the replacement. We greatly appreciated their recommendations, maintenance tips and information on the maintenance programs available to us.
