We had two 29 year old furnaces go out within 5 days.Tyrell was great in getting here within a couple of hours both times to diagnose our problem and provide options. Both needed replacement. After asking around we found that their prices were very reasonable. They provided us with loaner space heaters to get us through a couple days until their guys could get here to replace our furnaces. Cole and Kade came to replace the furnace and were very professional. Laid down protective rugs through our office and cleaned up everything very well. They were all very professional and friendly. After a horrible experience with my home warranty company AND the contractor they sent out from total air control, I called my local contractor, Brigham Heating and Air. I called at 8 AM and they arrived at 9:30 ready to get the job done and they did. I almost want to cry with gratitude and joy to get this done!! They didnt ask me how steep my roof was (its not steep at all) or even question me when I told them it was in the attic and accessed from the roof. They just showed up with their ladder climbed up there and got the job done which is what should happen. They dont know how grateful I am or what i went through beforehand. I am writing this review publicly to say thank you so very much. You guys are Grade A in my book.

We started with some furnace heating repairs that ended up being a furnace replacement. The Brigham Heating team, through the process of elimination and skillful diagnosis, determined that the current system was old and needed replacement. The HVAC system was over 17 years old and was well with the range of replacement. We went over the options for the new heating and cooling components, we made our selections for the furnace and A/C units and the furnace was installed the next day. The work was completed on time and within budget. The Brigham Heating team was easy to work with and by all measurable accounts seemed knowledgeable about the entire HVAC process. The workmanship was skilled, detailed, and completed without incidence. I very much appreciated the groups attention to detail and the desire to do a first-class installation.
