La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Winnie

Again coming back from a long drive. The room felt dirty. Wanted to take a shower in the morning and the Handel felt off . the recycle the papper gave me a recite with another clients information. I addressed the staff the situation they said they will address it to the owner . Very bad experience with this company La Quinta Inn By Wyndham . 2nd time to stay at one of there location never again. I will post pictures of my statement. Rooms: This room was dirtier than where I stayed at the first time. The showers handle felt off. Went able to take a shower.

I came for the 1st time to this hotel and I enjoyed it so much I didnt want to leave such a relaxing environment very quiet and the room had so much space clean and neat bed was so comfortable I will definitely be staying again really soon Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 4/5 More

There were problems with my room. First, the bathroom door was misaligned and would not close. Also, there was no bedside stand on the door side of the bed, but it was obvious where one had been attached to the wall because the paint was missing and looked really bad. The chairs had blue cushions that did not belong. But the worst part was that the carpet was very wet when we checked in, so wet that it soaked my stockings, and when I informed the desk clerk, he said that the carpets are shampooed every Saturday and that all the rooms had wet carpet. Lastly, there were very few offerings on the breakfast, and the only juice, orange juice, tasted like orange colored water. Terrible.

The hallway absolutely stinks and makes your room stink. The breakfast was cold - the hot water for tea was cold. Probably last time I stay at a La Quinta. Dirty grounds that reek of Fabuloso, depression, and sweat. Rusted doors, stained carpets, did I mention it smells bad? Dirty mirror in room, blackout shades that didn't close fully. UghCheckout time is 11. I was told noon by the night shift clerk, and the sign says NOON. At 11AM, the front desk calls my room. Ok, no big deal. As I get back from loading my truck up, for some random things I left behind, I see 2 maids cleaning my room. WTF, I hadn't even checked out yet. Get to front desk, they clear up the confusion that C/O time was changed, assure me I won't be charged 2 days for my 10 minute late checkout and I go on my way...This hotel needs to communicate and train their employess better. Southern hospitality? Not here
