Holiday Inn Express & Suites Winnie, an IHG Hotel

This is a very nice hotel for the money. I appreciate that the light blocking curtains reach down to the windowsill - they blocked out virtually all the light from outside! Bed very comfortable. Hot shower with good water pressure. Continental breakfast was worth eating - sausage, scrambled eggs, a veggie omelet, and hot oatmeal among the other typical items. I highly recommend this hotel!

We lost our home in Hurricane Harvey 2017 and this place became home for me. This hotel is very clean and the front desk was very nice I had to live here during the remodel of my house from hurricane Harvey in 2017 for 3 months . They let different organizations come and they would bring us homemade quilts personal hygiene products little kids clothes and toys it was awesome!! I'll never forget how sweet they was during those hard times for our family ,and they clean my room anytime I ask and what ever I needed they had it ready for me totally made me feel at home and the softest beds ever.I slept wonderful.

The night staff is not assistive enough, the way they talk to guest is quite embarrassing, I wont stay at this motel next time as they are having just good exterior and image rather than good interior and good service
