        They do not break 100 dollar bills into 5s or 10s unless you have a business account. But the other locations do. Hmm. Well hello Texoma CCU That particular location policy Shannonyou should never be a asst branch mgr your attitude is horrible.

        No one ever answers the phone. Eventually they hang up on you after more than 10 minutes. Chat isn't helpful either. Online help services not able to assist either. There is nothing worse than going weeks w/o access to your own money. Do better. After more than 2 decades banking here, my whole family is ready to bank elsewhere. By the way, I'm still on hold again....pick up the phone somebody!

        I turned in a damaged card to a open 1st convenience bank. They put in the info and gave me a new card and I went home and tried to enter the info. The recording said I entered wrong info and told me to enter everything again. I did. The recording said it was wrong again and transferred me to a recording that kept telling me my hold time was greater than ten minutes. I listened to this recording for thirty minutes. I couldnt go back to the 1st convenience station at Walmart because it was closed. Very sorry customer service!!!
