I would not bank at this place if you have 2 different account because the resource was say that I was on my dad's account he was the number one account holder I opened up a different bank account at the same bank I'm overdrafted he gets social security so they take his whole social security out for something I owe that where I get direct deposit is sgoin into the bank I would not bank there!!! I would not recommend anybody to bank at this bank!!! I just can't believe that they're willing to take an older gentleman's social security check for something that he had no responsibility over Once again I would not bank there

Have had an account with this bank institution for a while. I remember the good old days, when I could brag about them. Now its a different story. Dont appreciate being lied to and mislead in several occasions.some employees are completely disorganized and unprofessional. They promise they will call you to discuss a resolution to make things right and they dont. Ive been dealing with these people now for months on a personal bank matter. Not once have I received an apology from there finance department that messed things up. Or even trying make such a sensitive matter right. Im considering in opening up an account elsewhere . After so long of being with them. Its disappointing things have to be this way.

Tyler helped me out today at the first convenience bank in Walmart, Wichita Falls near the mall. I wish there was a way I could make sure his supervisors know that they have a quality employee in this young man. Young black male about 5'9" named Tyler. I'm really happy with this bank. He even showed me some of the tools from the banking app on my phone. Thank you Tyler.

Rudy is an amazing employee! We had some issues with an account a simple mistake and he went out of his way to help us get everything fixed. He explained everything to us and was extremely polite. He is a wonderful gentleman who is great at his job and is very much appreciated. I hope his supervisor or manager sees this and understands how great he works! Thank you Rudy!
