Horrible service with the DFW location. Not dependable at all to deliver on time. We have been with them for 3 months for a pharmacy only formula which is to be delivered on the 1st of every month and it literally never happens then my baby has to go without formula. Today is the 3rd and I called to see where my order was and they are closed due to the 4th of July and I was told to call back on the 6th and then they'd probably deliver between the 8th-10th. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE ITS FREAKING NEOCATE FORMULA WHICH I CAN NOT BUY AT A STORE DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!! WILL BE FINDING A MORE DEPENDABLE COMPANY MONDAY
