        Very respectful, Knew what she was doing. Took about 10 to 15 minutes. Had my equipment ready. In n out within 20 minutes r less.

        Short wait to see Pamela. She was both knowledgeable and helpful. Covered all aspects of use and data retrieval. Helped me set up apps and answered questions I had. Positive experience all the way around.. Transitioning from c-pap to bi-pap so I didnt need to go into basic operations. Pamela respected that and mainly answered my questions and pointed out the differences in operations of devices. 5 stars across the board!!!!
