DJ did our home inspection when we were buying a home and he was excellent!! He left no rock unturned when it came to checking every detail of the home. He checks everything on the national and state level requirements, as well as his own personal standard of what a home should be. We were so impressed with his thoroughness. DJ was also very patient with our questions and educated us throughly on anything we wanted to know about the home. We will absolutely recommend him to our friends who are needing an inspector - and we highly recommend him to you too! DJ came and inspected 2 homes before we bought finally. He saved us from making a huge mistake on the first home. It looked like a great home until he showed us potential problems. Not only was he reasonably priced but he was beyond thorough. He explained to us very thoroughly and how to remedy any issues and who the best person to go to fix those problems. This guy is the Man!!! I'll recommend to anyone who is buying or selling. I did send him to 2 people already.

Thisman d j was hired by a new buyer to inspect my home the home was sold as is he came in turned all the lights fans ac heater on all maxed out said he likes to stress everything out to find bad motors and such told me not to turn off anything Found several problems so he says and pointed it out to the customer Never asking why some things are the way they are Told customer my home should be condemned Then left my ac on 60 all lights on and came in told me he was done never put anything back the way he found it Unfortunately my ac acoil froze up And the worst thing about it i lost the sale because of him Thanks dj don’t ever come to my property again 😡😡😡
