We were looking for a quick turnaround time for our home inspection and Zach made that happen for us. He asked us to meet him at the property after he completed the inspection so he could walk us through his findings. He took time to make sure we understood and felt comfortable with everything before we left. I would highly recommend Zach to anyone that needs a home inspection. Zach was very efficient and accommodating to help me beat a deadline. He is very professional and courteous. After he completed the job he called an explained everything to me and then was going to call my client and explain everything to her. Everything about him spells professional and top notch! I will def use him again as well as refer him to anyone needing a home inspector!!!

Zack Pruitt inspected the home I was interested in buying and gave me one of the most understandable findings report Ive ever read. He also called to see if I needed him to answer any questions that I had. Never met in person but he was fast and reliable . I would use him again.
