The review by Melissa Flores is unfortunate and incorrect but google would not allow us to reply so I am replying here. The Ship A Latte is a third party to drop offs and in this case we did not print the label and the item was brought in with the labels. We did send an email showing that the label she referenced in her email was not the one brought in for use on the package. We scan in every label and provide a receipt and did not find the label she said was missing in our system. We also have camera's that showed the labels brought in were the labels used on the boxes received. We are not responsible for boxes dropped off with the wrong labels and unfortunately that is what happened in this case as noted in the email and phone conversation we had with Ms. Flores.

Went to ship a package UPS at ship a latte. The item was worth over 300$. They dont QR scan so the employee suggested I email the shipping label to info@shipalatte adresss which I did. She printed the label and we taped it to the box. She told me she couldnt print a receipt and she would have it emailed to me. I stood there in their business and waited and received confirmation via email. I then Confirmed the receipt with employee and she said yes this is your receipt. Weeks later the package never arrived. I contacted the company and they said it was never scanned in. After several emails and phone calls I was told that they have no way to prove I dropped it off. I told her to look at the confirmation email I was provided by her employee and she informed me I was sent another customers receipt by mistake. I was told its not their responsibility because I should have been given a receipt. Even though I sent her the receipt her employee emailed me. The person I spoke with sent me a receipt from the day I was there with 3 UPS packages and 2 fed ex packages and I told her she again sent me the wrong receipt. I was essentially told they cant prove I gave them the item even though I have the receipt I was provided by her employee. So I just lost a 300$ item. I was blamed as if it was my fault and again she cant prove I was there. I told the woman I was speaking with about the situation exactly who I spoke to, she had two small grandchildren running around the store. I even told her the conversation she had with one of them who got in trouble while I was there. I said maybe she was distracted with the kids. She told me it didnt matter if the kids were there or not I didnt have a receipt. Which I do have the receipt her employee gave me. I asked her was this common practice to give the wrong receipts and if so is it just luck if a package arrived. She had no recourse for me. They made a huge error and provided zero solutions to help,
Needless to say I will never go there again.

Used their service of a mailbox while we were in town temporarily. The price was worth the service and the staff is always friendly. We had one issue of us not being notified when a package(s) arrived (we paid for that service extra) and it was corrected immediately. Highly recommend their services.
