I went to the UPS Store on August 4, 2021. I mailed some Vitamins to my Sister in rural TYLER. Paid for services. As of August 14th, no package delivered. I called the UPS STORE on OLD BULLARD RD., to inquire about my package. They claimed it was delivered on August 13th.
They acted carefree and nonchalant regarding my item.I have called and called, and gotten nowhere. It seems to be a lot of juveniles working there, but they are full fleged adults.
I recently had surgery and didn't want to go out there. I misplaced the tracking #. I do have a bank statement where they withdrew my $.These Vitamins cost me $95.00 for 3 months worth. I will never go to this UPS again. Sorry service. Useless.

says "Delivery attempted today at 9:28 PM" got the notification at 8:19 two cars in the drive way and you have the nerve to say that a attempt was made an HOUR before it hit even 9
