Northwoods Pediatric Center

I would like to thank the reception staff for all of their help getting my little guy his vaccines up to date within a very quickly scheduled appointment. There were issues with his insurance and they made sure that he was seen and played phone tag with the insurance company did that I didn't have to. They have really great nurses and doctors!

I love Northwoods Pediatric. The Doctor's are the best they treat my kids with love. The front office staff are awesome. They always answer all my questions and concerns. The nurses are sooo polite and nice. My kids loves the Doctors and the nurses. Totally recommend Northwoods Pediatric!!!!! No complaints.

I have taken my kids here for years but this year it turned into a horrible clinic. I ended up waiting for over 2 hours to see a doctor; the doctor didn't know what I was there for. Then the prescription was never faxed and they blamed me for it! It's bad enough that they force you to wear a mask, but they discriminate against people who don't want to wear them as well. The doctor I saw for years refused to see my child when he was unwell and is too young to wear a mask. She fleed the room! It still upsets me! I've seen that doctor for at least 9 years! The child in question is under 2 years old and was treated like a leper!

I take both of my children here, they are 7 and 2 years old. We see Doctor Jessica Mumme. She is wonderful ! Very attentive, answers all questions and concerns, she is thorough and takes her time with you. She also helped us through some issues our oldest was having and she ended up being diagnosed with ADHD. Dr. Mumme made sure we knew and understood everything that was to come and how to best help our daughter. I have occasionally interacted with Dr. Thomas and Dr. Pace with whom we also had great experiences. The front office and nurses are always very nice, super helpful and kind.
