      image Took my son there for urgent care on a cut, however the staff was more concerned about getting all the insurance and payment information lined up, before providing first aid to a bleeding child. Was there for 30 minutes and not one person even bothered to even take a single look at the injury. What kind of urgent care service is that?

      Took my daughter for an emergency. They were strangely staffed. There was no doctor on site and the people that helped us did not seem to know what they were doing. When I later took the test results to our doctor, she said that they were not correctly administered and that we would need to have them redone. Very upsetting and nerve wracking with your kids.
