      image If I could give a 0, I would. What a waste of time. Made a reservation online for a rental I desperately needed, only to be told that they wouldn't have a vehicle for me until a full 24 hours later. Finally get a call the next day saying they have a vehicle for me, drive a full half hour out of my way only to be told that they 1) were STILL going to charge me for the full price I was quoted even though they didn't have a vehicle for me for the first 24 hours, 2) they also needed an extra $500 deposit that would be refunded when the vehicle was dropped off that no ever told me about, and 3) they don't take cash or debit cards, credit cards only. When I told them I only have store credit cards, and asked if there was something else that could be done, I was told there was nothing they could do and it was company policy. What am I supposed to do now? Call my daughter out of school for a week? Call out of work for a week and lose a paycheck? Thanks guys. What a scam.

      image Great rental experience. I believe her name was Linda, she was very helpful and kind. The car was clean! However, the location/building and sitting area could use some work.

      image Hertz in Temple went above and beyond to make up for the terrible treatment we received from Enterprise in temple where they stood us up for our pickup and kicked us out when we asked why they didnt call or show up. Linda was so kind and efficient both times we had the pleasure of seeing her and Jacob was so pleasant and kind to give us a ride to our finished vehicle at E & E collision (highly recommend btw), definitely go to hertz over enterprise!!
