I had an appointment at 12:40 pm, checked in at 12:25 pm, took my lunch break , spent 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting in the room , MA came few times, she is almost done etc and after almost 2 hours he came to ask if i wanted to reschedule, i had to leave without been seen and when i went to request my payment back $40 dollars copay, the person who checked me in was at lunch and only her could return my money,,,,,,,,,,,,oh also the supervisor was at lunch. What was I supposed to do? wait another 30 minutes right ?????? awful service, awful customer service. Unfortunately we have no more options in Temple

I’m only giving it one because I can’t give it zero. I scheduled to have my nexplanon removed on April 12th because it is supposed to be out by April 13th. When I called they scheduled me with a women only to call me 2 days before my appointment to say they have to reschedule because she does not do that procedure. Not only that, they also didn’t tell me that I wouldn’t be getting it removed that day because it has to be discussed before the actual procedure (which is stupid because I already have nexplanon so I know all I need to about it) happens which would be a totally different appointment, if I had known that I would’ve scheduled earlier and then made the procedure appointment for that day. Then after all this they tell me the only doctor available won’t be able to do it till May 6th almost an ENTIRE month after I’m supposed to get it removed. I’m so angry about this because if I don’t get it removed and reimplanted before or on the 13th my hormones will get messed up. Very disappointed and upset.
