It is a great treatment program for veterans and the instructors are great. It is unacceptable how many employees and especially the nurses who have an attitude and talk bad about the veterans behind their back. I just heard a new employee at the dom say how worthless and lowlife these vets in the work program are. Seems like she's too busy talking and not enough work like many va employees do. These employees really need to find a new job! It's not that difficult to be friendly to a veteran I don't care if they have addiction problems or not! We are all technically creatures of habit so please loose the attitude and be happy that these veterans are helping you maintain employment. I just went to Rock Springs hospital in Georgetown for psychiatric treatment and the customer service there was top notch, the VA could learn a few things from that hospital.
