image Horrible experience with this agency! No return calls from nurses for days on end! They have refused to change pain meds at the request of the family or patient after adverse reactions are constantly noted after taking the meds. The chaplain that talked with my mother asked her questions as if he were going down a checklist with very little comfort or compassion. My dad went from having a uti which caused some confusion to straight delirium and fear that people were waiting to murder him outside his window and his room being on fire because of the medications they gave him. If you want to keep your loved one either delirious and terrified or unconscious and drugged until they die, this is the agency for you.

image Horrible! The hospice lady called me before the hospital had a chance to tell me we needed hospice! They dropped the ball big time. Didn't coordinate with the hospital....my mother was sent home from the hospital by ambulance and was with us for about an hour before she passed!! We were alone! No hospice nurse. She didn't arrive for about another 45 minutes after that. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

image Worst place I’ve ever worked for. Management and HR were horrible giving me no information and constantly changing what they wanted from me. Pay was low and mileage reimbursement was 22 cents lower than the state average. Along with reducing my mileage claims daily by 40-50 miles. Dress code was all black with a heavy smock and pants in 100+ degree Texas temperatures. They are unethical seeing patients for 6 months to years 2-3 days per week with never really getting them better. And changing my decision to discharge feeling they know the patient better than the professional that sees the patient. Absolutely horrible. I would give them no stars if I could.

image Huge turnover. When they come to our home, they are great. When l try to reach one of the nurses, the numbers are often disconnected. In one year, I have literally lost count of how many differently nurses have been assigned to my mom's case.
