No one is perfect, but I really enjoyed the staff & the care given to me. During my separation I really missed them, and the positivity that I gained. My Aides were very good workers;done the job. They have a wide range of care to offer another is physical therapy. You can get it all done in one place.

My husband has been dealing with Accent the past few weeks. Care takers have failed to show up for his mother. Company fails to call back or find replacements. He's looking elsewhere. Just adding more stress to an already difficult situation. There are a couple of the employees that are real jewels.
Update: After a lengthy and detailed phone call a lot of the issues have been ironed out and they are more attentive to notifications and changes. Time will tell. So I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars.
