The Kindred Home Healthcare in Temple is the sorriest place I’ve ever seen I mean you are suppose to get paid at the end of the month but I was told you might get your check around Monday or Tuesday. I feel like if an employee is suppose to get paid at the end of the month then Human Resources need to start mailing out checks sooner

I am shocked at the customer service at this establishment. Everyone seemed so nice in a way when I was an employee but now that I have moved on to BETTER pay and more benefits at a new company I get treated like an annoying caller especially when I call for information about receiving old pay stubs or just to make sure im no longer listed as an employee. So disappointed.

This company needs training their Human Resources Staff on commutation with family members of their clients. Currently the staffing person Tiara never can confirm if the disabled elderly persons attendant will show up to babysit them. Her favorite reason for not confirming is “we are short staffed”. It’s almost 6 months later and she is sticking to that. My mother has 7 days a week care and if she gets 3 days that’s because Kindred is doing her a favor. Bad, bad company! Advertisement is great! Do not care about the clients!

I was hired at Mcdonalds, instructed how they needed me fill out important papers such as what immunizations I've had.Taken to a client's home with list of their needs.Only one of 12 listed responsibilities were even needed. Instead, they need help fixing some things around their home.I worked three 4 hour days, got paid for one. Kindred turned their client in to APS and now they receive no help at all.
