Allstate Insurance: Alonzo Everhart

really bad service ever I get in my life. allstate agent Alonzo everhart I got policy from them 6 months for my 2 cars and I paid them in full. after a month I find out that they increase my premium and when I called for maintenance they closed that location and I called couple of times and I heard the guys derrick foster sold me that policy he no longer with company. I had to cancel my policy because I was not getting service from them then they charge me extra $88 for no reason. and they gave me a reason that they suppose to charge me at the end of my policy please aware about them.

Excellent, honest, professional. I can go on and on about this location. The customer service and patience I have encountered here with this agency is mind blowing. I have never been able to contact my insurance agent on and daily basis. In the past I usually have to contact a stranger on a 1-800 number!!! Not here I can call or go in and speak with my agent if need be. I know that I can be very annoying because I call and question everything but not once has Derrick ever gotten frustrated or inpatient with me. Derrick has exceeded all of my expectations, and gone above and beyond to help me throughout this tedious process. I am very pleased and happy to be customer with this insurance.

Amazing!!!! They always go above and beyond to assist me with all of my insurance needs. Anyone I've ever interacted with at the agency were always both professional & friendly. Derrick always makes the experience feel like I'm talking to family!
